Just completed TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at NTM Kiama. Cant speak highly enough of the team... at NTM. David and Brad were top-notch trainers (David even winning last years TAE National Trainer of the Year award). Staff bend over backwards to help. Lovely training environment in one of the best locations in the world. Great bunch of students who all became friends in no time. Can't imagine doing this online or in 2 weeks as some are advertising. This is a meaty course that needs knowledgeable trainers and a supportive environment to do it justice. Thanks NTM for making it such a positive experience.read more

I attended NTM Kiama to do the Certificate IV in TAE40116 after trying to complete the course online. I completed more... in 6 weeks at NTM Kiama with our exceptional teacher Mr David Liptak than i did in 18 months of doing the online version of the course. The staff and Davids enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole course flow without a hassle from the enrolment process to the course completion, there is a definite care factor with this business and David is a genius with his presentation of the course to meet every ones needs in a orderly and manageable pace.read more

Of all the private and other accredited places I have been to, I rate tops for National Training Masters in Kiama! I... have had the pleasure of experiencing 2 trainers during my course term and can not rate them enough (David and Brad). I have almost completed my CertIV TAE 40116 with NTM. I have found that David is a fantastic teacher and has made the... course interesting and fun. Even though there is a lot of work in the course I would not have been able to manage without the weekly lessons. Previously I did this course on line which was a nightmare and with the extra subjects that are now included it would have been impossible and I would never have finished. David makes everyone feel as though they will achieve their goal and makes it happen.read more

Attended my first day of my CIV TAE training with David this past Wednesday and I am already enamoured by the way he... teaches and the knowledge that he provides. I can't wait for the rest of my training with National Training Masters, they're professional, passionate and friendly - a wonderful mix for an educational environment! Just did my 40110 Cert IV training and assessing. I had previously tried to do this course by correspondence with a... company in Sydney and it was the worst course ever. 4 years later i attmepted this course after being recommended by a friend to do it through NTM, Don't try and do it by distance (online) go see David at NTM. The knowledge this man has is incredible, the help through the course and guidance is second to none. I would highly recommend this course to anyone thinking of giving it a go. Having been to many RTO, 's including varied online courses, these guys top it off. Professionalism, Super... knowledgeable and Overly Qualified is an understatement. This RTO knows the requirements and where necessary will go over and beyond to assist you to complete and understand the tasks and work overall. Wow, i cant believe I've finally done it! i have needed to get my Cert IV in Training and Assessment done for a number... of years. I had signed up over that time to TWO other companies but just couldn't get the work done without more help :( This time i weighed up my options and was very reassured with NTM's honesty, only about 10% of people have successful completion with online/correspondence (i was not alone!). I still weighed up staying in Sydney vs driving down to Kiama, i talked again to other Sydney companies (less $ and closer to home) - but Mia and David were so reassuring and supportive, the decision was made. I was lucky to get into the 2 days a week for 6 weeks course - it was hard and i had to throw everything at it (my house is a mess, my kids on the verge of starvation apparently) but it is done - THANK YOU so very very much. My boss at CPR KiDS is over the moon and so am i. #facetofaceistheonlyway !!read more
