This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

How is the course delivered?
This course is run face-to-face with trainers who have real-life business experience. You can also study flexibly (including online). You will have 12 months to complete the course but may be able to complete it sooner than that.
What units I am required to complete?
You need to complete 12 units for this BSB50120 Diploma of Business.
There are 5 Core units:
- BSBCRT511 Develop critical thinking in others
- BSBFIN501 Manage budgets and financial plans
- BSBOPS501 Manage business resources
- BSBSUS511 Develop workplace policies and procedures for sustainability
- BSBXCM501 Lead communication in the workplace
You will have to complete 7 Elective units from a wide list of elective units which we can discuss upon your enquiry.

One-to-one Training: $3,600

How interactive and practical is the course?
At NTM this course is practical, interactive and with sufficient time to complete all your assessments. The course contains interesting readings and practical assessment tasks which you can complete in the classroom, at home or in your workplace. Assessment activities may include short written assessments, projects and case studies.

After successfully completing BSB50120 Diploma of Business you have several pathway options including (these are not offered by NTM):
1 BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business
2 Degrees such as the Bachelor of Business Studies at Charles Sturt University and other high education providers
