I've just finished my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 with National Training Masters on the Minchinbury campus and I was VERY pleasantly surprised! The location was convenient, the course was well structured and allowed for students with varying degrees of digital skills to not only participate but improve!The trainer David was fantastic and applying the course content to real scenarios and I feel going forward that I have the knowledge and skills needed to undertake my own training sessions related to my field. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have recently completed my Cert IV in training and assessment with NTM (National Training Masters). This course was run over 6 months, one day a week. It is a very comprehensive course and it makes it difficult juggling work and study but the instructor David Liptak made a world of difference. The complex topics were delivered with such clarity that it was easy to understand. This course has made a huge difference and given me great confidence in teaching.Thank you David for making a change in my work life.I recommend this course to future educators and I am sure it will change your life too.

The whole experience with National Training Masters from beginning to end has been great.I had some questions before I applied for the Cert IV in Training and Assessment and the admin team answered my questions without delay so I was able to make a decision, and I was able to get on the waiting list for the next uptake.And once the course started, it has just been great, David is an amazing teacher, so passionate about his craft and so knowledgeable - he pushed us all to our best performances and I think I can say we have all walked away a whole lot smarter and "techier" if nothing else - there has been many-a-lightbulb-moment.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 18 months of studying the Certificate III in Wildlife and Exhibited Animal Care with NTM. My trainer Brad Walker was the best trainer I have ever experienced in my years of studying and has a wealth of knowledge and so much experience! The course content was structured, organised and easy to understand. The support I received from NTM whilst completing my study was outstanding! I can not recommend National Training Masters enough and am very pleased with my experience.

I have been studying part time for the last 18 months to 2 years at National Training Masters completing firstly my Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety then my Diploma in WH&S. Both of the two trainers for the courses (Kara & Adam) were awesome. I could not fault them in any way, think of anything they could have done better or praise them more highly. After my recent completion of Cert IV in TAE at National Training Masters, Kiama, I can gladly say it was one of the best course experiences I've had in my time.Carly, our classroom trainer (and at times guidance counsellor), had the patience of a saint and the with her extensive knowledge, experience and fun nature made the learning a joy. She maintained a fabulous tone and helped us all collectively and individually to understand topics and assessments. The class discussions with the best. Carly's teaching style helped me to complete the course with confidence, for which I am grateful for.David and Dirk were very supportive and enthusiastic with their high amounts of SM knowledge.I highly recommend completing this course with NTM in the Kiama campus.

Have just completed CERT IV IN TAE with NTM at Kiama. Wonderful teachers. Carly and David injected enthusiasm into every lesson. They were supportive ready to help each student with any material we were unsure of. It was a big learning curve but with such experienced teachers, made the course enjoyable.

I recently completed my Training and Assessment certificate with National Training Masters. I found the course location at Kiama to be very accomodating and comfortable. The classroom environment was great, and our teacher Carly was very supportive. The assessment and presentation part of the course was well structured. Support was always available if required. All classroom participants were also friendly and the learning envirnment was very interactive and fun throughout the course.

A fast-paced course (TAE) but you will get all the support you need. I liked that I needed to attend just one day a week for face-to-face instruction, which allowed me to get on with my other life committments. Recommend.

Carly was able to to address any questions or concerns our class had.NTM’s resources were comprehensive and well-structured, aiding me in my studies and making sure I had everything I needed to succeed. My teacher was Adam Nabbe, and it was an awesome learning experience for me, especially coming into a field in which I was a beginner. I recently completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Minchinbury. Brad and David were absolutely wonderful trainers—supportive, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. The course was well-structured with excellent resources that supported us throughout the journey.

It was a wonderful experience, not only gaining skills in training and assessment but also getting the chance to learn from classmates from different industries. The face-to-face format made a huge difference, fostering great interaction and engagement.

I’m grateful for the experience and highly recommend this course in a face-to-face setting. It’s truly worth it!

I just completed the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and assessing with NTM at Minchinbury. If you are considering this course, this is the RTO you should choose. From the moment you walk in the door the course was well organised, well designed and you are supported the entire way through. You will not find a more experienced or qualified VET educator than David and his enthusiasm, energy and support made learning fun and engaging. Not only will you cover all the content in the TAE course, but you will learn so many digital skills along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed attending class each week and look forward to further courses with NTM. 🙂

This course has changed my life! Despite being entirely online, the comprehensive curriculum covers everything from animal behavior and handling to exhibit design and maintenance, providing a solid foundation for anyone passionate about wildlife care. Best training ever. Expert trainer (David), was so patient and accommodating. This is an in depth subject and doing it face to face makes it so do-able. Quite apart from the TAE, so much more was learned about digital literacy and all of it has made an immediate difference to my working life!

😀National Training Masters: RTO Code 91284 . Wildlife and exhibited Animal cert 3 run by a well experienced (both teaching and industry) trainer Brad Walker . I would highly recommend the course at NTM online training suited me and saved time, so I could do paid work and live😀. Brad very approachable and responsive. Excellent adult learning environment. Blended well with personal organised placements. Hard work but achievable.
